Every other week PIAC holds a noticing session which we call PIA Meditation.

This takes place on Saturdays between 9.30-10.30 GMT.

November 2023 Meditation Retreat

 

In 2023 we can a Meditation retreat at Dodmill in Lauder, Scotland from 12.30pm Friday 10th to 9.30am Monday 13th November. We had 4 people come along for the weekend to enjoy walking, silence, foraging, sound bath and company.

2022 Meditation Retreat

In April 2022 PIAC held their first meditation retreat at Dod Mill in The Scottish Borders. Here are some images created by the participants.
